Returns & Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com to discuss the need for a new size or desire for a different style.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. All items must be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, will not qualify.
We will get you a pre-paid return label to send the original order back to us at no charge to you. Simply contact us and we will email that to you as we set up your exchange order.
You should receive a new e-mail notification once the replacement order is processed.
Once you receive the notification, the exchange should arrive within 2-5 business days.
*Expedited and overnight shipping is available upon request at additional cost.
ReturnsItems may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any returned item not in its original condition or damaged, will not qualify for an exchange and a refund will not be issued.
A pre-paid return shipping label is included with every purchase. In the event that you would like to return your purchase, simply affix the pre-paid shipping label to the original shipping box and send back to us.
Once the return is received and inspected, an e-mail notification will be sent to notify the customer that their return was received and a refund or credit has been processed. After return is receive and approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a seven days.
